Membership of the Hanwell POWAS will be open for all members and non-Members for the 2025-26 after the AGM from the 25th April 2025.

For this season we are going to offer a paperless system of Membership renewal.  This simply requires you to fill in the attached form and submit it to the club by clicking on the 'SUBMIT' Button at the bottom.  The Form will also ask if you need any of the documentation sent in the form of a hard paper copy for which there will be a £3.00  supplement to cover P&P.  All the relevant information is on the website and can be printed off from the site.  All payments should preferably be by Bank Transfer or Cheque using the details on the form.  Cheques should be sent to our Secretary, Chris Peel at the address on the form.  Cash payments can only be made at the Joining Meeting in person.  Once we have received your form and payment you will be able to view all the relevant paperwork in the Members Area of the website.  Access to the Members Area is open to all fully paid up members.  If you are a member and require  access follow the instructions below.  If you still have issues registering contact Dave Ashton who will talk you through it.  

 

Chris Peel will only send you your Membership Pack with an 'Everything You Need to Know Sheet' if you requested one on the form and there is a £3.00 supplement for this service.  

 

If you are a Junior you will need to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian due to safeguarding legislation.

Access to the Members Area

Once you have submitted your form and paid your subscription you can gain access to the Members Area of the Website by the following method.  On the Home Page of the Website click on the Member Login in the top RH Corner of the page.  On the subsequent page click on "New to this Site? Sign up".  Choose the "Sign Up with E-Mail option".  On the subsequent page enter your e-mail address and choose a suitable password and tick the "I am not a Robot" box and press sign up.  I will receive your request and will enable your access to the site.
